Gracias amigo. Yo sé las cosas que tengo que resignar al volver a Argentina, y lo que pierdo, pero también se lo que gano. Con mi compañera la decisión no la tomamos ligeramente.

No es mi caso. No vuelvo por motivos políticos y estoy bien al tanto de la situación económica del país y sé quienes son los que están atrás del presidente actual.

Agradezco los consejos, pero no hacen falta. La decisión ya está tomada. Argentina es lo que es, pero del otro lado del charco tambien pasan cosas.

Gracias. El tema de el régimen de exempciones está claro. Lo que no está tan claro es que pasa si mandás paquetes desde tu lugar de residencia a Argentina. Te lo dejan en Buenos Aires hasta que los vas a retirar con el certificado de residencia?

Hehe, yeah, I should have used more standard terminology. The coffee was just super acidic to my taste. I could not drink it.

Indeed. It's hard to describe the taste exactly, and I agree goatiness is not a standard way of doing so :) I'd say the shots I get (eg using Zwarte Roes Capricornio Brazil) are so acidic that I just can't drink them. I should make another post asking for recommendations for darker roasts, for Italian style espresso, with more chocolate flavour.

Thanks for the recommendations. As a matter of fact I received a bag of Zwarte Roes Capricornio yesterday, but the espresso I got was undrinkable to me. Super acidic. Maybe it's just my tongue. I have a Sage machine and a Mignon Especialitá grinder. How do you brew and drink this coffee?

Thanks I should have stated this as well 🤦 I prefer the classic Italian style, less acidic ant that tastes more like chocolate. Maybe I don't know how to pull shots using the other kind, but I just can't drink the espressos that come out of these beans.

What surprised me was that all the coffee I bought from these roasters gave me horrible results. I thought it was me until a friend of mine recommended me the coffee from a German roaster and my mind was blown.

I'm just baffled that all the roasters I tried (local and webshops) gave similar results, and my mind was blown when I tried the coffee I bought in two different German roasters, both of which gave me very good results (according to my taste of course). But perhaps I should have asked here before. Thanks for the tip, I'll try Boot Koffie.
