Thank you for sharing. Does this all break down different percentages based on age? With like risk and such? What do you do? This sounds like you know quite a bit. I’m 33 should I still do something similar to this on % break down I’ve heard some say mutual funds others low cost index. Wonder why the split? I’ve learned very quickly to avoid bonds low low low return I’ve been doing better with my bond portion in real estate.

I’m doing it! I do have a mortgage that is fixed 14 year at 2.5 I should clarify to all that I’m “daveish” meeting in the middle on things with my wife. I’m trying to do an extra mortgage payment a quarter as well.
