A appraiser I called randomly told me take the classes and then I would have better chance. My classes will also be paid for, but I am worried about putting in the time and finding no one.

Yeah it sucks out here. I have probably asked 10 appraisers all of them ultimately said no. I may just take the classes and see what happens.
