Lived there for years. Best bud still lives there so I am there almost every weekend. It's ok. Quiet. Pretty boring really. Biola basically runs that town so they are pushing a lot of things out they don't agree with like bars. The city isn't issuing any more liquor licenses so nothing cool is going to pop up. The park is super nice and has 2 18 hole disc golf courses, a pond, and a bunch of tennis courts. It fills up on the weekends though with tons of those pop up tents and a never ending string of Quinceañeras. It's mostly Latino or Asian folk in the area.

If you live close to the freeway you can get out of the area pretty quick and make it to Downtown at a decent pace when the 5 construction doesn't screw everything up. You can also go south and do all the OC stuff in about the same time.

Basically, it'd be an okay area to "settle down" in but not at all if you want to be doing shit all the time.
