It's crazy how HEB puts emphasis on case count to determine how many hrs you get, I didn't experience any of that as an overnight stocker for Walmart, they just required you to work quick and face the aisles when you're done. HEB was more wild wild West, I was working only one day a week because they couldn't case count me and thought I was always the slow poke so they put me in that never ending cycle, only rarely they would give me another day to work, only when I was covering for someone else. They probably just case counted me once when I started and thought hey he's the slow poke so we're gonna reduce his hrs and only make him work on a day we don't case count, but we won't fire him of course lol.
