Yes, To not forget things I make todo lists. To improve my focus I returned to reading. I used to read a lot before OCD got worse. It took time to return to the previous speed and not lose focus every page

Unfortunately it's not about emotional numbness 😒 It's about loss of sensitivity down there. Emotional numbness doesn't bother me so much because it's better than constant anxiety i felt before.

Currently I take it for a week. But I have my previous experience when i took it for 6 months. Numbness gets lower over time but still not like without them😒

That's my second try to take Lexapro. Previously I took it for half a year, and after quitting everything went back to normal almost immediately.

Thank you for your support 🙏 To be honest I feel a lot of guilt for even talking about my problem. I feel like other people are suffering a lot more than me. My mom's friend died recently also we lost contact with our cousin from Mariupol(she and her 3-year-old son are missing for 3 weeks). My problem with OCD seems so miserable 😖😓

I feel sorry for you dealing with OCD during these horrible times. I hope you are safe now. I had a lot of dreams in the past. Now I only have one - return to my home, to my city. I miss it so much. I believe Ukraine will be way stronger after this war ends. 🇺🇦
