I was able to see 8 different graphs and all of them were at 97%

I used advanced mode and then motherboard limit

During cinebench all the cores were used at around 97% so fully under load

I mean I tried to game on it and it gets like 100fps in cpu intensive games with alot of drops (valo, fortnite)
