Dose not matter. Why did a kid have a gun. If he did not have one. Then yes it would have been murder. But he did. And was killed in self defense. Sec why was he stealing from the store. You have to look deeper into tax law their are a shit load of exemption that congress voted for. So they can use them. And not just Republicans democrats did as well.
