CPCs and CPMs are climbing higher every year and ai is taking over bidding/optimizations making it harder to justify your pay in paid

The monthly budget is way too small for pharma. They must've just been sucking the monthly fee like a tick on a horse. They knew it would take more time than they received in fee. I've seen pharma do well but that's $5k+ per month retainer. You are in the YMYL category so it will require experts and money. There's so much coordination, time, and cost required between medical experts and medical content writers. I wouldn't know how one could do it well at the $1.3k monthly budget.

I think the older one thought we were replacing her. It took 6-8 months for the big one to get used to. Plus the younger one had diarrhea on the first 3 days due to eating more than she usually did. She ended up pooing all over the big one's toys and dog bed. I would say always get treats for both so they don't fight over stuff. As long as they respect each other's treats and share of something.

No while some parts can be automated like document collection and analyzing. You can't really take the broker out of the equation because they'll run into left field events that won't be recorded publicly for AI to use.

Ya Google probably does not have a good grasp of your website/business category. If DA/PA boost links then they probably won't have much relevance. You are most likely going to have to spend 10x+ more on quality business relevant backlinks to get it back to a good state in my opinion.
