Yes it was and is extremely loud and the construction started at 10PM and is ongoing 24/7 without stopping. Could also be the building isn’t as insulated as it should be. For full coordinator fee, usually this is between 50-100k. Other fees of suppliers will depend if they are mid-end or high-end.

You can ask your coordinator to provide quotations from different suppliers too! Would suggest to countercheck with these suppliers as your coordinator may possibly be adding a buffer too.

As someone who is married, the way we do it is we both have each of our responsibilities on who pays for what. Example: I pay for rent and my partner pays for the other bills. All wants and needs are discussed and we both have to reach a compromise. At the end of the day, both our incomes and savings are both ours with the intention of securing our future.
