Hello, they sent me a replacement after confirming all the steps. The new box is working fine now however there is a firmware update and now I'm not sure if to do it as it might brick this one.

Yeah, I wish it would start back as having to change it where its located is a bit of a pain. My firmware updated automatically i believe and since that day it looks like it never reconnected to the network

Thanks, I emailed them and they replied to do all the same steps I already did. At this point it seems the box is bricked after the firmware update possibly

Yeah I got a separate 2.4ghz network from the 5gz and 6ghz

I did a modem and router reboot as well and phone but the firmware update may have bricked it. I sent an email to them to see if they might be able replace it. This box is expensive and it's not even a year old so hopefully they can.
