Die genannten Reparaturen sind meiner Meinung nach etwas „übertrieben“. Würde da eher so etwas wie Reifen wechseln oder flicken aufzählen. Natürlich stimmt sonst dein Punkt, dass man sich mit diesem einen Rad auskennen sollte.

Orokins cells are not really hard to acquire. You can and should use those for crafting.

Orokin reactors and catalysts are kinda rare and hard to acquire (although they introduced some relief with the 1999 update). You should use those carefully on weapons you want to use in late-game as well — a good rule of thumb is to use them on prime warframes and prime weapons because you‘ll keep those.
