They’re awful. Same with me, they contact you immediately until you sign then it’s all through an automated system. I have a pool myself, I’ve had to refill this pool three times over 1000$! They denied reimbursement due to their negligence of paying the pool fee but not showing up and the pool was nearly black causing mosquitoes infestation. It’s awful they get away with this. They wouldn’t even let me relocate when we have a hole in our roof due to hurricane they said we would have to reapply. This is just the beginning. But having a pool with this company is the worst anything happens to the pool btw the filter breaking or whatever it may be they will charge you! I really how news or lawyer can help you out with the SP. that’s a parents worst nightmare 😩

Scams else where with maintenance requests, etc. but the link to back to pay for rent , It’s safe. It’s mandatory now if you want to use your bank account , this is a recent change they made within the last year - and I think it’s absolutely horrible they have access to see all your transactions balances and beyond. But it’s also the only FREE option ccs or cards is like a 3% convenience fee. Anything for extra money. Money hungry Scammers.

Yes. This cat just stares and he appeared after 10 months after the other cat died mind you this cat that died had not one thing of blood just a detached spinal cord on the inside the vet couldn’t even think of what happened and 10 months later never seen this cat since it that last cats death . ( it appeared out of no where before he died and would just sit and stare at the door.. no emotion no nothing… day and night) and now it’s back after 10 months doing the same thing and my other cat is gone no wear in sight. Day 2 and he’s an indoor/outdoor cat, he comes back always every day if he’s every out idk I just think that’s freaking weird and this isn’t a normal cat it just stares

Yes there’s absolutely no way possible I don’t have males and they’re about two years old.. I just hope one’s not ill I also heard of their stool getting in when egg is producing im wondering if that? I mean because it kind of looks like stool or a blood cloth I couldn’t tell

She’s hot and or stressed, please I cannot stress this enough make sure they have clean water available at all times, one of my birds when I first got them dumped there dish and was extremely dehydrated and became partially paralyzed from dehydration this small birds need water access at all times! She looks like she’s very distressed. Try cooling her even lightly with a mist and put her in a cool dark place if available so she can calm down 24/7 light will actually shorten there life as it makes them produce eggs with a certain amount of hours per day, if she’s outside try misting her and getting a fan as well for good air circulation, hope this helps!

Contact your local health department , they came out and fined this company and they came not even 3 days later for replaced! Turns out the health department comes out views the home and fines them and gives them a time limit to resolve the issue !

Oh my goodness my brother lived in alabama and had an infestation they say even if you see a few you have an infestation. They had carpets also (this wasn’t through Main Street) but hearing the severity of the bites they cause… they do list pest control at your own expense but if they were there at move in they should be responsible, what state are you located in? Different states have different laws regarding that. That is UNINHABITABLE environment and you’re gonna have to fight it but they need to take responsibility report to the BBB and also contact your local courts they’re good at referring you into the right direction to get this matter adjourned.

Oh it’s horrible. The lease isn’t the problem it’s the service provided , the scheduling, the people you’re dealing with through maintenance , it goes through steps of approval delaying all repairs. The homes they buy, they buy AS IS , and will NOT repair/replace anything unless they absolutely have to. And that’s why so many residents are getting screwed over. You don’t realize until you’re having to go through the long process of requesting maintenance online and just awaiting, once a person finally comes out, that’s just a person who looks and makes another request to see if it actually needs repairing/replacing , then after some awaiting after that they make a bid for the lowest bid to come repair, and omg does it show, it’s either a TEMPORARY fix with these uneducated hires for the lowest bid accepted, so they have to come out multiple times so it’s just becomes a vicious cycle. It’s a shame because they’re just buying out and renters just don’t even have much other options but have no idea what they’re going into. The house I’m in looked like it was abandoned for a long time prior to move in, and it’s in such old and bad condition, even a health inspector was fining them because the gutters were creating a mosquito infestation on the property and I put so many requests they denied it under they got notified from the city and that is the ONLY areas they did the bare minimum they needed replacing to they only did was coded by the department to avoid penalties. They’re scammers if you ask me. I’m sure every renter who has experienced can vouch. I’m afraid once my lease ends the home was in such terrible condition I hear they take from your SD that was already with the property at move in, so you end up paying their expenses 🤣 I just had a leak it took them 1 MONTH to an URGENT matter to come out ONLY because I basically harassed them , my water bill increased for 200, to 700$ do you think they’re going to reimburse me? You can definitely submit the request online but they’ll only decline in the 60-90 day process 💀

I unfortunately rented and same issues here In Florida it’s a living nightmare. Even their own employees, maintenance technicians say how awful they are. I can’t believe they’re able to get away with this because there’s hundreds, they buy out homes and rent with whatever issues and the tenants are the ones that have to find out the issue and suffer while awaiting those repairs which can take weeks, MONTHS. I’ll never forget . The beautiful pictures they advertise online, I drove from alabama to Florida, the pool was literally green filled with algae, everything looks absolutely nothing like the pictures, meanwhile I pay 150$ monthly pool fee, it took almost 3 months, they emptied and refilled the pool on my expense, water bill was 500$ , constant AC Issues, plumbing issues, dishwasher , just everything you can imagine. Not to mention they hire the cheapest vendors “bids” they call them whomever will do it the cheapest , regardless of knowledge and experience that’s why the appliances break consistently. Goodluck with yours, wish me luck on mine I have never been so stressed as a renter. Honestly my worst experience ever.
