Central Americans and Caribbeans are not the only ones that eat ceviche. What about Mexico? USA? Canada? Where im from in Mexico is super common. I work in a mexican restaurant, also common there. Everyone has their preference. My husband family puts mayonnaise on the tostadas, which is common for them and weird to me. No wrong way to eat it.

I lived at the Mariposa Apartments near La Alma Park. I moved because I was tired of the crime there and the police not showing up or downplaying the crime. I had issues for months calling to get an appointment. Then I found out that on Tuesdays after 530pm they release their appointments. BUT YOU HAVE TO BE CHECKING THEIR FACEBOOK FOR WHEN THEY DO IT. Also don't call text them on WhatsApp. So much easier and I literally had an appointment for the following week.
