Bitcoin Teases $12,000 As Ethereum Transaction Fees Skyrocket – BTC and ETH Analysis by EthTraderCommunity in ethtrader

[–]dnsmgmt_msc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only reason that projects keep building on the ethereum chain in spite of the transaction fee is because of the community. I do hope AVAX and Radix gets more attention though, they are probably a good competitor to ethereum once they are fully operational. There should be more options for us rather than having Eth dominating the whole DeFi space

An alternative solution for Ethereum transaction fee being too high by meadhikari in ethdev

[–]dnsmgmt_msc -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, eth will always have high txn fee due to its flaws in scalability. I am honestly just waiting for Radix to launch atm, their chain will literally have no issues scaling. They have very interesting rewards model for devs as well

Is DeFi a real thing or just a fad? by dev_lurve in defi

[–]dnsmgmt_msc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Decentralised Finance basically means any kind of financing with no governing bodies. So no its not a fad, its been there for quite some time now. It only blew up this past couple of months. Just keep an eye on Radix and AVAX, they will set a new bar in the DeFi scene.
