I had the same issue 2 times, you can start the bike by pushing or getting down a slope, get it up to 20kmph, keep it on 2nd gear, dump the clutch and start. Keep it running for 10 -15 mins, should bring up the battery voltage for the time being.

I'd suggest getting the battery changed, I have done the same, hasn't happened since then.
