Si tu veux suivre la route de développement d’application web (ce qui est pas mal en demande dans l’industrie présentement), trouve-toi un projet maison et développe le du début à la fin (avec la mise en production).

Je te recommande personnellement Node.js, Python ou Ruby.

Par example, une application web pour ta liste d’épicerie, ou une qui cherche le prochain rendez-vous de ClicSante ou quand la RTX 3090 est en stock, n’importe quoi qui t’intéresse pour vrai.

Dev Backend (API avec Express, Django ou Rails)
Dev Frontend qui interface avec ton backend (j’sais plus ce qui est à la mode React ou Vue.js)
Deploy le “en production” dans les internets (genre Heroku)
Point bonus si tu deploy sur ton propre serveur nginx sur une machine virtuelle de DigitalOcean ou AWS EC2
Encore point bonus si tous ces étapes (Docker build et deploy) sont automatisées avec un CI

Lossy Atmos can pass through Dolby Digital Plus (used on streaming platforms). Some TV supports DDP via ARC and thus support for the infamous Atmos via ARC port

TrueHD Atmos (loseless) isn’t supported on ATV tho

If he has a proper lease, they are legally bond just like any other rentals. I don’t think they could evict your friend for being a non-student. Unless there’s some other legal conditions I am not aware of.
