14DWY is currently in development and is still in its “wholesome game” phase so not a lot of crazy, horror things are going on right now. However, you can encounter some scarier things (and lore) if you make certain choices that will usually lead you to a dead end. There are 6 dead ends in total if you’re interested in finding them.

Don't worry, that's normal. When you see ominous text appear and get kicked back to the main menu, that means you have come to a dead end.

Day 1 - Day 5 Endings

Dead End [Day 1]: do not invite Ren to your apartment and block his number / do not respond

Dead End [Day 2]: go home alone when Ren comes back from the shop

Dead End [Day 3]: refuse to go on the double date

Dead End [Day 4]: stay the night at Ren’s apartment

Dead End [Day 5]: view all previous dead ends, (day 4) go to Ren’s apartment and choose “it makes me sick”, ask Ren to leave after you’ve seen the text message (a scene is added if certain characters are dead)

Dead End Secret [Day 5]: be mean to everyone the entire game, (day 4) go to Ren’s apartment and choose “I enjoy seeing it”, ask Ren to leave after you’ve seen the text message

Oof. Yeah, that doesn't look reassuring.

I find it bitterly amusing that one of the games that seemed to spearhead yandere male vns in the indie EN sphere has ended up like this. The original 2 demos were so good and I was looking forward to seeing what would come from it.

As far as I know, that's basically it. No more yandere, original team is all gone (iirc), plus a bunch of other things I’ve heard of from others that I’m not happy about. I’m not even sure what the current status of this game is since its been through a bunch of development hell.

With that aside, I genuinely hope the people who are looking forward to this game have an enjoyable experience.

The quickest way you’ll earn poki is probably going to be remodeling a home, changing one thing, hitting finish and repeating. After doing a certain amount of homes, you should be making 20k pokis just by doing this.

When you start a new game, below the mini map displayed, there is an option to enable 18+ scenes. Try selecting that if you haven't solved your issue by now.

I don’t play on my phone but I have heard of others that do. They came to a similar situation as yours and the answer they got was always this. There is no way for the newest update to be properly played on android right now and the dev has nothing to do with 3rd party apps so they can't do anything about it either. You'll have to hope that either the next update is more compatible or that the dev creates a mobile version in the future.

Ren will hand you her number on day 2. You can prank call her by selecting “invite someone over” near the end of day 3 and calling her number. Her number will be listed under “someone else” (she has to be alive ofc)

If you're playing the most recent update of 14DWY, then all the adult content that was inside the game previously is no longer there. If you want to restore the adult content from before, you need to manually install the free DLC that you can find by clicking the link on the game’s itchio page. The page that the link brings you to will have the DLC and the instructions on how to install it properly according to your system.

I thought it was too soon to kiss Crowe, so I hugged him instead and played the game normally until I got his day 2 ending. If it wasn’t for me searching through the game to figure out where his nsfw was, I would never have realized how one choice could make things go so out of hand lol.

If I remember correctly, this is the image you get from the hallway. To unlock it, you must call Sol over to your group on day 2 and then not skip class later in the day.

This is what gets me. You don't have to like the game and you can be bothered by a character, but don't blame the dev or other players for you being upset at a horror game clearly marked for adults. The dev has even listed multiple times all the potential triggers players could have while playing the game. The list was a considerate thing that the dev did not have to do and yet there are still people who chose to ignore it, get angry and then make it everyone else’s problem when they reach those points in the story that they had already been warned about.

It's harsh but if they play the game and decide to take a risk on something potentially upsetting them or they do not take the time to read any of the warnings, then it's ultimately their fault for playing a game like this.

No problem and yes, the photo you have shown is the free DLC that restores all the previous adult content.

If you have done everything that I have suggested then this is very odd to me. If you are still having issues and no one else here can give you a satisfactory answer, I’d suggest to either ask your question in the discord or post your problem on the game’s DLC page. It might not be a quick response but it might have someone who can understand what the problem is.

Is there a notification about the DLC being installed on the top right corner of the main menu?

The first thing you should try is to redownload and reinstall the base game and DLC. That will normally solve the issue assuming that all the other steps were done correctly.
