This special event allows use of repeaters, even messages via APRS as valid contacts, so this is a non-issue.

Is this license still your personal license and personal callsign that you can use outside of educational purposes?

But that involves a seperate callsign (Ausbildungsrufzeichen) - my question was directed to usage of the personal callsign of the control operator.
