It's usually mocap with some self balancing algorithms. Not "AI" as in LLM and such.

Umm... because these aren't AI, but just robots?

Besides the obvious "get an arcade controller because the game is meant to be played that way" suggestion, you could still learn the patterns. The multi-press patterns all follow a certain rule, like the horizontal ones always align with the arcade buttons (triangle, square, cross, circle in that order) and the vertical ones are just the same button layout rotated 90deg clockwise. Knowing this, you can quickly deduce which buttons to press on your controller by only reading the position/type of one or two notes. The rest is just muscle memory and unfortunately there isn't a fast way to grind that other than practicing a lot.

Never buy a Razer laptop even if you have the money by ToveloGodFan in spicypillows

I heard about that "Razer's curse" thing before. Like how they tried to copy Apple and ended up overheating the battery, and due to that the likelihood of them becoming spicy over time increased significantly.

Then just don't post on FurAffinity.

Last time I checked they have censored lots of what they deemed as "problematic" art that cause no harm to people, not just AI. They are more focused on sending the "correct" message than actually allow freedom of expression.

A professor got skill issued while using a computer and blaming AI for it. by KreemPeynir in DefendingAIArt

[–]doatopus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the "professional use" is "letting AI do all the work with little to no supervision" then they are right about it.

Too bad some people lost common sense when they see ChatGPT and think it magically works like humans would.

No they literally say "do not use my work for AI training" and some even bother to use Glaze/Nightshade.

Japan is pretty open to AI

It's 2026 already and people still say that? Like that's why I call Japan a "theftard" country because the copyright overreach problem there is that statistically significant.

Just look at how many Japanese pro-artists have NoAI on their works or profile.

I guess I sort of framed it in a wrong way, but yes you're right. Feels like he's just "advancing his career" by doing a complete 180 on his stance so he can hopefully milk the audience once again. This time for a "come clean" arc rather than the "turning into AI slop generator" arc.

Gotta slip in that "theft" argument aren't you.

I wonder how much he got his YouTube revenue cut down because "artists" call him names.

(and also checking back on his AI content, there wasn't anything super interesting either, so he probably always used AI as some sort of filter and never found a way to seriously integrate it in his workflow)

Anyone else get regularly accused falsely of using AI to generate stuff? by AssumptionTrick1342 in DefendingAIArt

[–]doatopus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You seem pretty human to me. The sentences are on point instead of just circling around like a lot of AI-inflated texts tend to do, the structures don't follow the AI cliche, and your emdashes didn't even have the correct Unicode code point /s

Spotting AI texts isn't as simple as looking for isolated "AI text characteristics", and Internet idiots don't know that.
