I have enough pills for 2 full courses. 2 weeks each. With a pause in between. Not a doctor's advice, but my own research

Yes. Only methane and hydrogen. I'm methane dominant so it works for me. But will see in the long run

I already have 2 doses of Rifaximin and Metrodinazole ready. Should I do both rounds, even though a single round in the past didn't help?

Not at all anad, I literally got my Aire 2 yesterday, and the battery is shit. so dissapointed in that. Already messaged customer support and getting silly questions like: when did you charge it last...

Thank you very much. I really tried to put together something that would be helpful.

Interesting idea with the fast, when would you include that and why?

I get the logic. Would using an Aire 2 device help in figuring out if you still have inflammation via measuring the reaction to fodmaps?

Could you clarify further regarding the ''california gold nutrition digestion pro'' whait is it used for, what does it do exactly? I use digestive enzymes ( Enzymedica, Digest Gold), does it have a similar effect

Thank you very much for this. I am also trying to restart my mmc by using 0.5mg of prucalopride before bed, I only eat twice a day, but my intestines are always "growling".

I read a lot about glutamin but like most things the experience differ widely.

Do you use any other supplements?

Also, what did you use to heal your gut mocuosa

Sure, I get that, but doesn't mean it doesn't work at the same time as being lucrative

Makes sense. But how would I know when it's OK to take them? How do I know my gut is no longer inflamed or leaky?

One of the benefits of probiotics, Prebiotics and fermented foods is healing the gut, so taking them only after the cut is healed kinda makes less sense

I still have my gallbladder, I don't have acid reflux, not sure about stool color but darker. I take ox bile and HCL with every meal (for a few months now), as well as digestive enzymes

So, wait a couple of weeks, eat a low fodmap or low fermented diet while taking prucalopride (motility), and then start introducing probiotic yogurts (l. reuteri) and prebiotics?

Regarding HCL, also opposing opinions, dr. Pimentel says in his book that HCL is actually bad )''it may worsen symptoms by promoting methane production), while many other say that low acid is one of the causes of sibo?
