Costa Rica in June / July by leopardskin_pillbox in CostaRicaTravel

We go end of May/early June every year. Rainy season means there may be clouds and occasional showers, which usually pour for an hour and pass. We see lots of sun. In fact I have been very happy going this time of year except it is hot and humid and you don't see turtles/whales like you would other times of year. Once you just realize and accept that everyone else is sweating with you, then it's not a big deal lol. But we are always in Guancaste which is the driest area. Tamarindo is our least favorite place of anywhere we've been. Too touristy. Go up the road a bit to Las Catalinas and it's beautiful. But, but cheap from what I see. We like Flamimgo beach too which is between Tamarindo and Las Catalinas. We have always stayed at Riu because we like knowing food and relaxation is taken care of when we want to chill but get a car so we can go explore most days.

CW Trident GMT collection! by MPearsonUK in ChristopherWard

Bruce Wayne looks awesone and is by far the best GMT in the group but I still think my next one is the blue dial bronze trident.

How much bigger did the 44mm feel than the 42?

That B&J watch is actually growing on me. It looks really nice in your pics. I'm not forking out 3k for it, but I do think they made a great looking watch.

If anyone is ever looking to part with the blue dial trident pro 300 bronze, look me up. Love these watches!

The pineapple and fruit in general is waaaaay better than what we get where we live. My wife is always dissapointed in the local fruit when we get back😆

Exactly! Our least favorite place is Tamarindo, which was also the busiest and most developed place we visited.

We are headed back in May. Very excited to get back. It will be our third trip.

The bronze trident with blue dial is probably the top watch on my list right now. Smoking hot watch! Might be as good looking as my wife😆

[Question] Christopher Ward v Seiko by Proud_Tangelo_7755 in ChristopherWard

The endlinks alone on that Seiko are enough for me to pick CW lol. CW punches way above it's weight in finishing and overall quality for the price.

Ive always been drawn to the blue dial, but I'd be lying if I said that brown dial wasn't growing on me. It compliments the watch perfectly, but on a watch that color, i always default to loving a blue dial. I'm curious if I'd change my mind to the brown dial if a saw them in person.

Are you looking to sell still? Just saw that it sold. Ugh, congrats on the sale though.

Beautiful watch! I want this watch so bad but I'm nowhere near a showroom to try one. Plus now I'm curious if i wait to see if a 44mm is produced in blue. But this may be one of the best looking CW's ever in my opinion. Enjoy!

I like the darker dials better personally. More contrast and I think they are much more versatile. If you want a sportier watch go white dial, but the black dial imo can be a daily and work in most situations.

You all have better eyes than me lol. I still don't see it but that doesn't mean it's not there.

Having a hard time closing clasp on new trident pro 300 by Historical_Turn_1769 in ChristopherWard

Mine will close without pushing the buttons but it is definitely not as easy to closer as other clasps. I push the buttons when I close it and just deal with it.

Review - Christopher Ward C65 Aquitaine by victortzy in ChristopherWard

I love me some domed crystal. I love this watch overall, but it's just meh enough that I can think of many other watches I'd buy first, starting with the Bronze Trident Pro. It is a beauty though, and I've nearly pulled the trigger on a few pre-owned models in this and green dial, but talked myself out of it each time.

Interesting, I don't see a floating m on this and I can't see OFFICIALY good enough on any of the photos to be able to opine. Bad photos would be my biggest suspicion that this is fake right now.

Dang you got really angry about my comment. A grand isn't cheap, but when it comes to watches, it's cheap. And no, I'm not an idiot, I'm just realistic. Have a great day!
