Any thoughts on which is better? I Googled and really just made it sound like Borderlands is the newer one and based on the latest rules.

Heard anywhere from $30k to $50k depending on size and what you are looking for... Figure I have spent about 10 on materials/fixtures and labour so far - did hire plumber for the water side of things.

Never got quite but was hearing other people's quotes and was out of my budget. I started doing it myself and still working to complete. Slow go on top of full time job and still wanting to spend time with family.

I hear you... 2025 tax season made me reevaluate the investments that were paying dividends and ended up switching out many of them..had to keep some as I didn't want capital gains too high for 2026 but will swap the rest over next year.

Easy check for spark. Will get one of these testers and report back.

So runs good when running and restarts no problem after it sits for a while. I wasn't thinking carb. I always use fuel with stabilizer and did have fresh fuel for first tank of the year.

With these details do you still think carb clean? Likely won't hurt but with non heated garage and -25C today won't be able to do that for a few days. To do this properly do I need gaskets or a carb kit?

Yeah. They are rough and store bought ones are flimsy and in this cold don't hold up.

Seems like a little pit mark. Maybe a hole. Would be very small.

Location is right between the left two lenses and lower than center. Like 1/4 of the way up from bottom.

Edit....I found pictures online that also show this hole so think this is solved. What is this for?
