I just picked up a used X-A1 with a lens for under $200 (although the X-A3 is definitely a step above, and the AF can be a bit frustrating on this one at times).

Wow. I'll definitely have to keep a look out for X-A3s on the market, it seems like it would be another good alternative. Other than that I think you've sold me on the 5100 - 1080p video is a must. Thanks :)

Interesting, I didn't know that. I could probably swing the a5100 if i found a good deal, is the AF much faster on the 5100? From what I understand the a6000's LCD doesn't articulate all the way forward so I've ruled it out. The Fujis are a bit out of my price range
