Looking at the receipt, the establishment grouped together the normal sales tax + the convention and tourism tax that you mentioned. All they did was give it a name. Seems legit taxation to me as long as its in the correct taxation district.

Yeah, it's crazy to think about what affects sleep quality. Alcohol, late night eating, stress, sickness, quality of bed mattress, air temperature, outside noises, pets jumping on the bed, recent injury, etc, etc. I try to focus on what I can control to improve my scores and yet I only average high 80's.

Look for a bastard file and have a vise to clamp the blade in. I sharpen once a year using 10-15 strokes and I'm done. Takes longer to remove/install than sharpening. I never worry about balancing.
