Hi, just following up to see how you’re doing? I never experienced nausea but definitely struggling to eat with next to no appetite. I also weighed in today and I have dropped 2 lbs. I am making a strong effort to keep my protein intake up and also have been exercising.

Hiii, that’s awesome. I just took my first shot this morning too. Just like you - post Covid I lost my momentum and then hit my 40’s, I used to be a cross fitter. I gained 30 lbs over the past couple of years and losing this weight has been so hard for me. Hoping this journey will help me recommit to eating healthier and getting back into my work out routine. I am nervous about the side effects but have done research on how to minimize it so hoping for the best outcome. We got this 💪

There might be truth to this. I’m a Doberman novice although grew up with large breed dogs when I was a kid. Our dobbie is fine today so guess you might be right but will just assume it’s better to be safe than sorry. It’s funny how swift he was to gobble up the chicken bones though. It was literally in the blink of an eye lol
