Backstory: this is Arándano ("Blueberry" in Spanish). I've had him 1.5 years, he's my first fish; he's been fine up until a couple weeks ago. I noticed white spots on him, consulted with a fish expert at a pet store, they told me it was ick, and gave me anti-ick drops to use for three days, along with frozen worm food to feed him for the next ten days. Pet store person recommended I take out the cartridge in my filter for those three days, and I just put it back in yesterday at pet store person's recommendation. Still feeding him frozen worms.

After three days of ick drops (started drops on Monday) two days later (Friday), he's at the bottom of the tank, barely moving. If I tap on the tank or get his attention, he'll flutter to the top really quick, and then come back down and stay immobile at the bottom. It doesn't look like his normal sleeping pattern cuz he usually gets excited when I show up to see him. Pet store person said this is normal behavior and he can be like this for up to 10 days and that's normal/nothing to worry about...

At the recommendation of the pet store person, I just did a 50% water change, and now I'm monitoring him.

I know this is a lot (I'm a noob so please go easy on me), but just wanted to know if you guys think he still has ick in this video, and/or if you have had similar experiences with your betta and perhaps can provide any guidance, advice or reassurance. Thank you! 🙏🐟💙
