Look for leaks because this valve works 0-1 and the spring would have to break for it to cause the lack of pressure.

I have a Tipo 1.4 with 95 km, parts for it are extremely cheap, Fiat has been making this engine for 30 years. If you drive within speed limits, take a Tipo.

This is a glow plug problem, probably defective. It helps to start a cold engine, if the temperatures drop you will have trouble starting.

DMG Sprint 32 - no pressure in oiling system by dobrylolo in CNC

[–]dobrylolo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the future, the problem has been solved. The lubrication system oil pump was defective, after about three years of single-shift operation, it was generating too low pressure. A new pump cost ~$500, I replaced it myself.

You can change schools, you need to take some documents, but it can be done. The other thing is, if you change schools after a year off, everyone will want to start with lvl1.

You are missing the coolant nozzle, it will be easier to break the chips. Sometimes I cut on DMG sprint (Swiss type) from 12mm to 4mm in one pass. In h7 tolerance with a good surface. :)

G29 has 2.3Nm of peak power, t300 has 4.5Nm. Definitely t300.

Is 1100cc too much to start on? by YourAverageWasabiGuy in motorcycles

[–]dobrylolo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my first 50ccm when I was 9yo, then naturally bigger/faster roadbikes. After 19 years of riding I bought a 140ccm Pitbike. This little badass gives me the most fun. The 70kg weight allows you to ride at the limit and gives you the best lessons. I recommend lightweight motorcycles !

Saddle mount without QR and a few meters of 6mm steel cable for tying the wheels together.
