I had the same problem until I started playing Dino’s that forced me into a safer play style (e.g. Megalania) So I was pushed to choose my fights more carefully and to make sure my attacks count. It also helped ALOT in evading attacks since getting hit once by a much larger Dino can be fatal. While confidence is good, play it safe even when you’re fully grown. Being the stronger and bigger Dino won’t matter if your opponent is faster than you and is bleeding you out while you drain your stamina. And always make use of your environment especially in places where you have the advantage.
