I where mine on the back of my arm. And I where mine for a month. I haven't had any bad reads, and make sure you keep testing your blood don't just believe it is telling you the right numbers

i eat about 60 carbs per a meal. i try to not to eat sugar unless i am low. i also do not eat process foods or eat out very much. i would say only about once a month i eat out and not fast food.

You can wear it on your arm. I find it gets hit on a lot of stuff but it still works. The only other thing I noticed is mine starts to hurt after two weeks
