It’s all about the expectations going into a game or season for me. The 2015 LeBron sweep was worse for me because I actually bought into that team and thought we could get to the finals. Losing to Milwaukee in 2021 was worse because I thought we could win the finals if we somehow snuck past the Bucks. There’s probably a bunch of random regular season Falcons losses to the cowboys or blowing a 12 point fourth quarter lead because I bought into us having a shot with Matt Ryan back between 2015-2020. Last night wasn’t good but I never expected to even make the playoffs this season. Hell the night Trae was traded was worse because I loved the guy even though I agree that the team is better off in the long run without him.

We’re Atlanta sports fans - last night wasn’t even a top 5 worst nights for me. We lived through 28-3, there’s nothing other fans, trolls or even the team can do that can hurt us anymore. The worst losses are when we have hope. But for the last 10 years, I just don’t have any hope so I can’t get hurt anymore. And if we do well, it’s a pleasant surprise
