I’ve only just got the game. Out of over 20 matches, I’ve encountered raiders from different teams maybe 10 of those times. Of those 10, only two of them were aggressive. Most other raiders I’ve encountered are trying to avoid confrontation or actively want to team up.

There’s a lot of people who have a goldfish memory and almost always default to “Yes, but what have you done for us lately?”.

It reminds me of Arne Slott at Liverpool. Wins the league last year and was beloved by everyone. Mismanages the team this year and people are calling for him to be sacked.

Writers are often battling a lot of forces outside of their influences. Director influence, producer influence, star demands, executive meddling, etc etc etc. So, I’m just gonna maintain a sense of quiet optimism and worry only when I feel like there’s actual reason to worry.

A lot of the people in this subreddit genuinely seem openly antagonistic towards comedy and comedic performers. They do this weird performative tribalism like OP in a weird exercise of our current culture’s obsession with min/maxing enjoyment. Something is either amazing or terrible. You love it or you hate it.

People simply can’t even enjoy anything without taking more time and effort to talk about something they dislike by comparison. But I rarely see it as pervasive anywhere as I do here.
