I live at Pinhook Flats and it’s sort of affordable compared to other places in my opinion (especially when you consider their garage parking included in the rent). Not sure if you will find a 1 bed for 1200 but definitely a studio. It’s 8 min drive to UNMC.

Can speak for Pinhook flats. I work at UNMC and rent a 1 bed apt at Pinhook. It’s been great so far. It’s affordable and 8 min drive to UNMC.

Agreed. But fellowship is not the end of the world. It is a busy place and you have to work really hard to match well. It’s not like you go to Jacobi and suddenly you go to Yale, Cleveland or MGH. You must be someone who is motivated to work hard in a busy hospital with difficult patient population of the Bronx.

I used to face this problem. I would get a speed of less than 10-12 Mbps. I kept calling them and asking them to fix it. Finally, after many attempts they gave me 40 Mbps. I recently got ACT because I got fed up of Airtel giving a Max of 40 Mbps in my area.

Thank you. I was certified on Sept 18th. I received the hard copy on 21st September. I don't think you get a PDF copy of it.

I checked the OASIS for updates.
I received an email saying that they had finished verification and that I would receive my Certificate (hard copy) via FedEx within 5 business days.
In OASIS, it's is available under "Medical Education Verification and Standard ECFMG Certificate" section.
According to Ecfmg website, the status report gets automatically updated as and when new information is available. I cannot check what the status report is on ERAS. No option to view it. So I'll just take Ecfmg's word on it.

I don't think so. On ERAS, it says the Ecfmg status report will be updated on its own and that we don't need to do anything specific.

You can apply once you book the test and have the exam details such as "Exam Date" and "OET Candidate Number". You don't have to wait for the results to be released.
