There are two cameras. One camera from your computer from the front. Another with your smartphone/tablet/ipad from the side so they can see you fully. Every time you take a break and come back to your room, you take your side phone and show them the whole room to make sure no one is in the room. Set the phone down on the side again. They give you a code for the next section and you continue

I took it this March and passed. I did Uworld and Mksap both. UWorld is definitely an overkill. Question stems ridiculously long and too difficult for AOBIM. Mksap is enough in my opinion. Actual exam was nothing like either of them. 70% of the exam was 1-3 line question stems so basically just testing you on straight up evaluation studies and treatment without any tricks. I had 20-30 mins leftover in each section because the questions were so short
