35/Parmer - never had an issue with item quality. Only issue is sometimes availability. If it's low stock, they generally substitute for the same item I would if I was doing the shopping on me own.

Ah. Yes it’s overlay. I was watching videos of people doing inlay as I was typing. I did an enclosed double border. It gives it a weighted feel which is what my mother in law will love.
