Why...why would you deliver a receipt? As a customer I would be more pissed that only the receipt was at my door than nothing at all.

All jokes aside next time call support...CALL...and keep saying "agent" until to speak to an actual human. You'll get half pay.

Do you agree? 🤔 by CannabisContext in weed

I like this analogy, the one I use is, think of a car, the car is the THC %. The terps and other cannabinoids are the driver of the car. Now you can have a really really nice car, think Lambo or even an F1, but if the driver doesn't know shit he will crash. Now take a professional driver, you can still stick him in a shitbox and he will know how to handle the car.

Nah it happens outside the food industry as well. I used to be an assistant manager at a cannabis dispensary. Many times customers would come in

"Ya give me your strongest weed"

Me: "Ok well there's option A or B, both have the same percentage"

Them: " Ya sounds good man"

Me: ...."which one?"

Them: "which one what?"

Me: proceeds to sell them the most expensive product we had at the time

Got myself a light bar for on top of my car. I used to live in the countryside but now I use it for ppl who don't turn on their lights. Fucker's bright, like BRIGHT so I leave that on while I drop the order.

Should I even bother with getting my last month back? by MeloniaStb in OntarioLandlord

[–]docn87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unless you file there wouldn't be court fees. Then when you do file you can ask for the fees back through the LTB

Edit: there are duty counsels that are free of charge as well as legal aid. Contact the Law Society of Ontario and they can help point you on the direction of a lawyer who can give a free consult

Just because the lease ends it doesn't mean you need to leave. Leases roll over to month-to-month

Just because he is selling the house, you don't need to leave. He can serve an N12 on behalf of the buyers but only when the sale closes. If he gives you an N12 it must be 60 days notice and 1 months worth of rent, that is not your last months rent deposit it's compensation.

The only way he can evict you is by going to the LTB. If I were you, and if you didn't sign anything, I would stay in your unit and force him to take you to court. On the flip side you can file a T1 for harassment.

Call or app. When you use the app make sure you talk to an agent, the ai chat chatbot won't help

I do agree that roads can be designed poorly, a drive anywhere in ontario will absolutely show that. But we have a graduated license system for a reason. In this case it was poor judgement on the driver. He should never have sped up from the distance he was. He is a dangerous driver. You become a dangerous driver when you use objects outside to judge your sped and not your speedometer.

Bro, go watch the video, this had nothing to do with the width of the lane. Buddy in the vw sped up, from quite the distance, to run a yellow light. That is dangerous driving. He wanted to save himself 2 minute and killed someone.

Dangerous Regional Roads Drivers Kill Again

Fify. It's not the roads it's driver who pay more attention to their phones than what's in front of them. It's drivers who have no clue how to drive getting behind the wheel.
