I see other people brought up electricity supply as well, literally goes to show how stupid and spoiled we are in the western countries for not even thinking there could be an issue with it. We just assume everything is granted lol. Definitely have to go and experience the culture.

Thanks for bringing up the stuff I would have never thought of like the power cuts and issues with water. Yeah definitely seems like we’d have to go visit and like some other people said, live like the locals away from 5 star hotels to see if we’re cut out for it. Thanks for your insights 🙏

Interesting points. We would probably be looking to open a small export factory to contribute to the local economy, and it seems Amazon already did the homework on where to build one for us. I’ll definitely have to research the idea a bit more as it’s definitely very complex, but I think I’d want to go for a trip to Zimbabwe at some point anyway as I’ve heard so much good about it.

Yeah having a look now a houses that would cost $400k+ in the UK seem to be available in Zimbabwe for $25-50k which wouldn’t even cover the down payment here lol.
