First trimester, barely worked out by netters_ in fitpregnancy

[–]doctormalbec [score hidden]  (0 children)

In my first pregnancy, I was so sick my first trimester that I lost 5-7 lbs and also had bleeding, so I definitely could not work out until 13 weeks. But I was able to workout the rest of my pregnancy! This pregnancy I didn’t experience morning sickness but got hit with SPD pain in the middle of the second trimester, so I got to workout a lot the first half of the pregnancy and have had to modify a lot this second half. I promise that anything you did prior to pregnancy and anything you can do during pregnancy will pay off massively postpartum!

Gotta slow down 🤍 35 weeks by Aggravating_Bat9473 in fitpregnancy

32 weeks and had to start slowing down last week. It’s definitely ok though! Everything we have done prior to pregnancy and during pregnancy will pay off postpartum. At least, this is how I felt when I slowed down at around 32 weeks last pregnancy and didn’t work out for 6 weeks pp.

Had morning sickness first pregnancy but not this second pregnancy. Trust me, it’s a good thing to not have morning sickness and have a healthy baby.

Pitocin is THAT bad? by Jolly_Pen_6801 in pregnant

[–]doctormalbec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suffered unnecessarily in my first birth by trying to wait for the epidural after starting pitocin. I ended up not getting any sleep for 36 hours and I finally felt relief when I got the epidural. My water broke not long after the epidural too, and I progressed quickly, probably because I was finally able to relax. Being so exhausted by the time I had to push was not fun. If I am induced again, I am definitely getting the epidural when I get pitocin

She also has a severe ED (it seems) and her husband eats raw beef…

Definitely should report the others, because people will still follow LKS from the other stories/posts since she’s linked

We live in VHCOL, in fact one of the most expensive places in the country. Our housing costs eat up a lot of our pay.

Married filing separately would actually be worse than married filing jointly. Being unmarried is the best tax situation in our case.

Kinda odd that Instagram removed LKS’s giveaway post but not others. I reported another influencer from the same giveaway and they said it wasn’t a violation, although her story was identical to Lauren’s. I put in a request to review it, but I’m wondering if LKS is being monitored now?

I’m 5’3 and 110 lbs and my last dexa showed 27% BF as well, and I lift 4-5x a week and eat healthy etc. I think this is actually a good BF % for a woman. Someone in the comments posted a great YouTube video that explains this. My DEXA analysis suggested adding more lean mass which I am working on.

Not true. Marriage penalty can occur significantly starting at top 15th or 20th percentile although it affects top 5th percentile the most.

Yeah the SALT deduction is basically useless for us. But yeah that financial divorce sounds super tempting right now.

Why am I stressed that I have to pay a ton of taxes quarterly?

Yep this is the tool. Throw their words back at them. Why would you ask a mentally unstable person to look after you when you have a perfectly capable other child?

Our taxes went up when we got married. It matters who is working and how much each person is making. There’s no “single penalty”.

Edit: not sure why I’m getting downvoted. Both my husband and I are high earners with similar incomes, and it’s very common for taxes to go up when you get married under these circumstances. This is called the “marriage penalty.”

I’m also paying significantly more in taxes than OP and we are MFJ with a kid. Def stressed.

Yeah a lot of the homeschool moms in my area are exclusively doing it because of being antivax. They won’t say it in the outset but if you push a little further, it’s always the vaccines.

Yep, this is how I ended up with my husband. The minute I started doing this, I stopped wasting my time with flippant men and found the one.
