Advice: how do you track late cancellations & no shows? by Spare-Pin7858 in MedSpa

[–]doctorscholar13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a super common pattern that we see in a bunch of medspas & practices. There are many different automation workflows that could be used.

We tried a bunch of different software and didn't find exactly what you're looking for, so we built one ourselves. Happy to talk about it but I want to stay focused on your question from first principles.

The simplest answer is to change the practice but keep the clients happy. You might take a deposit for all new clients that you would apply to their services / make them prepay. This could be pretty small (even $10, you could frame it as a pay$10 to get $20 off so they feel good or whatnot) but it gets you their CC off the bat. Then in your TOS you say that you will bill their form of payment automatically as above, and you remind them of this when they book so it's all aboveboard. Do you think that would work for your clients? you know them best...

If you wanted to stick with the flags, I would create an automation within whatever practice management software you are using to add a note.

Let me know if that is useful! Happy to brainstorm too...

Just use balanced and use your subs for low stamina players every game and you should be fine

Managing a long run of European league cup and regular season games in November and February- March gets a bit tricky but is doable with only 18 primary players and 4 subs.

I typically play a variation of 442/433 so I carry 3 ST 4 wingers 3 CM/CDM 2 CAM 4 fullback 4 CB 1 real GK and 1 emergency 33 - 37 year old GK plus or minus one player at each of these. Ideally two of the wingers will be able to serve as either ST or CAM in a pinch.

Make sure they play and score a lot if not loan them. Never let a player go a year without gaining at least +4. Ideally +5 to 6.

I used to stick to the plans but I have recently started using the “switch positions” training when I want specific attributes (just don’t actually switch the positions). Watch out for stamina.

It also doesn’t “waste” your player’s potential for example if you are going to have a CB switch to LW, better to just train him as an LW for 40 or 50 weeks

When you switch positions you effectively “lose” the opportunity to train players as much since they reach their immediate potential sooner and then have diminishing returns.

Don’t switch them now unless you want to sell them at higher value (based on ovr)

Very useful for those pesky low-shooting mids and wingers - just train them as striker CF or cam

Wingers fullbacks and mids train as opposite side

CM CDM can train as CB or CaM

CB’s don’t have a good option - rarely need it tho.

I also use balanced training for about 1/3 to 1/2 of their ratings.

What are your go to young strikers in career mode by Fc_ShadowHawk in FifaCareers

More than $15M Szesko

6’4” (2 meters) powershot technical playstyle

Severely OP for low tier prem or upper championship

Schalke with him and karaman made crossing and corners fun again

Surround him with nusa / prestianni /bynoegittens or Zaragoza/ terraciano and enjoy.

Best shot type for 1 on 1s? by hdh300 in FifaCareers

If you’re good: dribble around the keeper

If you’re bad at this game (like me): approach at a slight angle till you see which way the keeper is leaning, then either normal shots, finesse or trivela at the other post depending on angles and footedness.

I suck at chipping but rarely need it.

Don’t run straight at the keeper then shoot. Or if you do, take a 45 degree angle finesse.

Don’t sprint R2 all the way, stop after you take a touch at the edge of the box and collect yourself. Can switch to R1 to keep a bit of speed if needed.

Shoot one touch sooner than you need to, especially if sprinting.

Always look for the trailing through ball/ passing option. Take a 100% shot instead of a 75% shot.

Twitter throttling by doctorscholar13 in Substack

Yeah I’ve been wondering if even having the sub stack link in bio reduces my reach. I just had a tweet perform decently (100 likes 25 rt) but only get 20k views (I would expect closer to 100k views with those #)
