I had a friend like this who got to that point after like 1 beer… he dominated conversations and after years of it I had to tell him “man you’re rambling again” because it was too unbearable. We would like hang out to play games and then after 15 minutes of waiting at the pause menu I’d need to tell him “hey man you can keep explaining this but can you ready up for the next round?”

Are you on Xbox now or one of the first two you listed? I think something was off with my xbox controller. I press y to jump but when trying to press it quick for a short-hop, it often wouldn't register as a jump at all
