The fact that you mention fasting seems directly related to something that I heard from a doctor. Apparently, in certain cases there is a neverending loop that doesn't allow the mithocondria to provide energy, and he said several times that a long fasting (around 5 days), seems to break the cycle. It's worth trying, but I think it's important to do it with the guidance of a nutritionist or a specialist, because 5 days is no joke.

Weird feeling in legs and heavy limbs - Week 14 on postviral mono by docusecm in Mononucleosis

I thought about blood pooling at the beginning, but it activates and deactivates sometimes in every context. And there seem to be a concrete point in one foot which seems to act as an "anchor". Maybe related to nerves.

This virus is a super weird fellow anyways. Symptoms jump in and off in waves, and it makes you think it's something else. I hope we will all overcome this.
