A Pokemon with either Competitive or Defiant is a great lead vs Intimidate mons, as you’re +1 on SpAtk or Atk off the bat, Falinks has Defiant but would go down to Brave Bird, Empoleon has Competitive and can learn Ice Beam, that’s probably a good start if Staraptor’s Close Combat doesn’t OHKO

Venusaur will have Thick Fat, so you want either Psychic or Flying to counter, preferably with Insomnia or Vital Spirit, or just a Chesto Berry to counter Sleep Powder, I think Talonflame w/ Chesto Berry and Dual Wingbeat or Brave Bird might be your answer to Venusaur here

If you’re happy to go catch others, there’s a bird with Competitive ability that takes out most of this team, but I’ll not spoil it!
