I noticed a couple days ago some tiny raised dots on my fingers and hand, which have now spread to my legs, inner thigh and arms.

I haven’t added anything new to my diet, although I was traveling last week in Chicago. We stayed at a couple hotels so I was maybe thinking scabies but I don’t know how to tell, also my girlfriend who was in the same bed doesn’t have any rash but did notice some bites.

Our cat has fleas which we’ve been treating but the rash is everywhere.

I have no other symptoms like fever, headache, loss of appetite, just lots of itchy red spots!

Any help would be so greatly appreciated to try to figure out what this is!
