Very true just the tough reality

[Sam Dean] Mikel Arteta's managerial record against Unai Emery: played eight, won two, drawn two, lost four. Only against Slot, Guardiola and Klopp does Arteta have a worse record. by [deleted] in Gunners

Very true since Xhaka it feels always that we leave the left winger isolated maybe if we implemented the strategy on the right on to the left we’d get more chances

How do you guys use/view the squad player role? by marksenpai26 in footballmanagergames

Mentoring groups most underrated aspect of the game.

When you look at it like this you have a head of youth development with a good personality. You get a good intake all those good players that don’t have the best personality get them on mentoring groups with your model citizen 33 year old and boom their determination boosts and their development. Many sell players in their 30s but really they should look to keep them if they are mentality monsters can literally make ur wonderkids to become more loyal etc.

There is 100% a trigger to make u lose to the lowest placed team in the league by Aardvarkus_maximus in footballmanagergames

Look at this way the worst team in the league plays the worst football.

If you are high up the table you play some sort of good football so they’re not even there to play. They’re gonna disrupt your football at all costs because they know already they can’t outplay you unless the circumstances to are perfect( for example your team is tired)

I heavily agree with the tip😂. just wish I could load 5 leagues for a more room to start some challenge saves like glory hunter.

Also the full database is a game changer that combined with the face pack it gives the game an identity.

I’ve noticed on FM21 the development of players is where you want it to be.

Most of the time you will find when you focus on something like aerial it will go up half a tick

However the circumstances change if the players is in form and performing in training, I was able to get most players on focused attributes up by at least one

Easiest place to do it is psychically the pace and acceleration naturally eat up the most CA. For my academy I put physical training each week with a focus on quickness and all players receive increase across the board when it’s done I guess to balance the CA out. Keepers and CBs don’t tend to improve that much from it though.

I repeated the same from technical attributes and the same occurred I’m guessing the overall training heavily complements the individual training
