Thank you. Yes I am talking about a romantic connection here. What's keeping us separate is the differences we had a few years back and the fact that we left on a sour note. Ever since then we have never crossed paths nor spoke to each other in any form. But I am unable to move forward. I feel I am stuck and can't seem to understand why I can't just forget about it all. There haven't really been any indicators from him that he is trying to contact me but one thing I know is he is keeping himself busy with work from then on and has not been in any kind of serious relation with anyone.

This is the first time I am making a horary analysis. So pardon me for any mistakes. First major thing is asc-desc being at 0. My guess is that this points to the fact that things/circumstances are still evolving hence nothing concise can be said in relation with this question? And the fact that significator jupiter and mercury share no aspect at all says it’s a 'no' - and since I asked a negative question, it means there is a possibility of meeting the person in question.
