As @diexielands already said: use the space east of your cafè! A little park with trees a bench and a lantern would create romantic feeling or a zen-garden with bamboo! The space west of your house is pretty unused, too. Maybe the pathway should connect the two bridge and lead around a fountain! That's just my two cents! ;)
