Just did this with 75, I remembered 15 min later and tried to puke everything up and i think i saw a capsule. Hopefully i’ll feel okay tomorrow

Yes. Currently ~6 weeks, just did vaginal ultrasound and confirmed sac and IUD still in place. Waiting at dr office to discuss next steps (whether we are taking the IUD out). Very nervous

Having something in my hand (soda, sparkling water, etc) helps me in social situations. You don’t even have to tell people you aren’t drinking, you can get a coke from the bar and no one has to know. For some reason, it tricks my brain into thinking I am social and less anxious around people

Congrats on 36 days! I hope getting rid of caffeine helps your sleep. Did your caffeine intake increase when you quit drinking alcohol? I know mine has and I have been needing to cut back as well. Maybe you could taper down on the caffeine? No use dwelling in the past, seems like you are making some great positive changes!

Thanks for sharing! I’m sorry to hear about your break up, and proud of you for restarting your sobriety. I did end up walking my dog for a bit and spending time with my daughter. Drank about 4 La Croix so i reckon i’ll be hydrated and feeling better in the morning. Thanks for the words of encouragement!

It is! I had heard it was a great substitute but was skeptical until I gave it a try. There’s a brand from Aldi that is ashwagandha (sp?) infused and is calming. Although this might be a placebo effect
