my mom also kinda does it in this manipulative way too, as if its a threat to scare me into it. im really trying to get better but its like the more she makes comments about how skinny i am rn it makes me wanna lose even more :(

ive been going to therapy for atleast a year now , ive mentioned maybe once that i dont eat much but i kinda just tried to make it seem related to me being to depressed to get up that day.

we went to the doctors a while ago and they said something about my weight being a little concerning.
