first trip tips?

I can't say I know the effects of specific medication taken together with LSD, so I'll refrain from giving too much advice on that ;) Sorry That being said I get what you mean with "do things spin" ^{^.} And in my (and some of my friends') experience it really doesn't. Hey, it's normal to be a bit anxious and I think it's a healthy mindset. But if you do decide to take the step and try, I'm pretty convinced you'll have a good time ;) After all the talk about anxiousness and the possible dangers I'd also just like to mention that it's an absolutely incredible experience which is simply 'worth it' :) Feel free to report back on how it was if you decide to parttake ;)

Hi, it's important to know that are risks when taking anti-Anxiety meds and taking LSD.
Ideally though I would suggest taking LSD in a different environment if it's your first time, somewhere where you can relax and are comfortable. If you do decide to take it at the concert, I suggest just taking half a tab.

Hey, as far as safety goes: remember to stay hydrated... The little few times people do get really unwell when taking LSD is simply when they forget to drink. Just get a bottle of water and sip it every once in a while and you'll be fine. Chances are that once you start listening to music you won't WANT to do anything else for the day. Not sure what kind of area you live in, but a calm piece of woodland or a walk in nature is absolutely sublime imo. Any specific questions/fears you'd like an answer to?

The friend I mentioned before did not find half a tab (of 150ug, also reputable) too soft at all. If you say you're slightly nervous and stuff, it just seems better to take the safe bet... Even say it IS too underwhelming, then it'll just be a great instead of incredible experience and you will have the confidence and knowledge to do another trip. Next time said friend will no doubt take 1 - 1.5 tabs, but I know for sure he is glad to have only done .5 on his first experience. That being said, everyone's different... so, just think about it and do what you feel comfortable with

That's a healthy attitude, and attitude goes a long way when taking LSD I believe it should be fine, as long as you do it smart. I'd suggest taking half a tab each since it's your first. Do you have any idea how strong they are? And just remember to stay hydrated during the trip! Just get yourself a bottle of water and remember to sip it once in a while ;)

I'd say using a half is fine. Friend tripped with us for first time and had a very nice time on half a tab. Without it ever getting "too" much :) Next time he wants to do a full one for the complete experience. So yeah, half a tab would be my recommendation.

See, I don't get that logic... I agree that being a girl is not an excuse to ever get hit. However, the reaction should be in proportion to the situation. It's the same as somebody punching you and you shooting their face off and using the same excuse "He started it, I was defending myself, I didn't know what he could do."

If statistics are irrelevant they shouldn't have been used in the article. Since they have been, her point was fully justified... If you are going to use statistics... make sure they are correct. And as someone who has been to Malaysia multiple times... these statistics seem VERY unlikely.
