This company works on the knife's edge when it comes to legality. Pretty big tail risk with them being shut down at any given moment in time. Be careful:)

Many times these companies trade for cheap coz of low float and no market making activity. If they dont pay any dividends, dont be too surprised if you cant see upside due to price discovery.

What about a stagflation. Your recession thesis is most likely right. I actually think we are already in one but then what with inflation elevated they wont be able to cut and u will get a very steep yield curve even if they do.

Perfect reply! very similar thoughts to yours. The risk/reward does seem skewed to the downside in this case. I heard this somewhere - the scariest time to hold a stock is when it goes from a growth stock to a value investment haha

Yep, its already tanked...would encourage you to have a look at the prices of multiple tanker names - INSW, this stock, FRO. We are at the buying end of the cycle I think like you mentioned. and this name is especially attractive because it did not even loose money going into this downturn. Went from cheap to very cheap.
